Build a network. Seek support from colleagues. Likewise, find organizations that support women within your profession.
Maintain a healthy profile. Be assertive but not too cocky. Be articulate in meetings and participate in discussions. Be respectful to authority. And, be visible enough.
Prioritize. Do not allow unnecessary activities to hinder your career growth. Show that you know how to prioritize and manage your time well.
