Signs that you're stressed out


  • you are unable to concentrate
  • you tend to mix things up
  • your mind goes blank at certain times during the day
  • you suffer from unexplained headaches, backaches, stomachaches, anxiety/depression
  • you are predominantly tired
  • you grapple with vocabulary or ideas
  • your schedule is overcrammed
  • you feel like you're about to go crazy
  • you have difficulty falling asleep
  • you do tasks just to get them over and done with
  • your get cranky over minor disruptions
