Place required number of eggs in a small pan. Make sure that the eggs will just fit in that pan.
- Toss on a tablespoon of salt and pour on enough tepid water to just cover the eggs well.
- Bring the water slowly to boil over a low fire and cook for 11 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let the hot water with eggs stand for 15 minutes.
- Pour off the hot water and cover the pan with cold water and ice cubes. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
RESULT: Perfectly hard-cooked eggs and their shells will come off easily with no evil odor.
