How to Hard-Cook Eggs the Most Flavorful Way


  1. Place required number of eggs in a small pan. Make sure that the eggs will just fit in that pan.
  2. Toss on a tablespoon of salt and pour on enough tepid water to just cover the eggs well.
  3. Bring the water slowly to boil over a low fire and cook for 11 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and let the hot water with eggs stand for 15 minutes.
  5. Pour off the hot water and cover the pan with cold water and ice cubes. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
RESULT: Perfectly hard-cooked eggs and their shells will come off easily with no evil odor.
