How to Make a Home-Made Lechon Sauce


Ingredients:

½ cup ground boiled liver
½ cup chopped onions
2 tbsp. garlic
2 tbsp. oil
1 cup water
¾ cup vinegar
½ cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp. salt
½ tsp. white pepper
½ cup sugar

Procedure:

Combine ground liver and water. Set aside.

Saute garlic in hot oil; and chopped onions and cook until brown. Add liver mixture and vinegar. Add the rest of the ingredients.
