Breakfast should give you at least one-third of your daily supply of food nutrients. The remaining two-thirds you get from your lunch and supper.
Some people don't have appetite in the early morning and so merely gulp a cup of coffee or chocolate. If this is true with you, then you have to eat your morning snacks early and eat what you should have eaten for breakfast.
Your breakfast should include foods that give heat and energy, build and repair tissues and protect the body from diseases - meaning foods rich in proteins (eggs, meat, cheese), carbohydrates and fats (rice or bread, butter, nuts) and vitamins and minerals (fruits and vegetables, milk and juices).
Breakfast if served properly and attractively is sure to be appetizing. It should never be missed, for on it may depend how energetic and lively you will be for the whole day.
